Invoice pricing checks · for UK trades
We check your supplier invoices against each other to catch pricing errors on the items you buy again and again, so you can query them before you keep overpaying.
No card, no commitment. We check a batch of your invoices for free.
Same product code, same pack size, priced £0.35 higher than the last two invoices. Worth a phone call.
The problem
Manual
Prices, discounts and product codes get keyed in by hand. A wrong digit or a discount that doesn't get reapplied is an easy mistake to make.
No rate card
Most trade accounts have no formal contract or fixed price list. So there's nothing obvious to check a charge against.
Unchecked
Spotting it means comparing hundreds of invoices line by line. Nobody running a busy trade business has the hours for that.
A real result
A small electrical contracting business checked two years of invoices from a single supplier account. Dozens of items had been charged at different net prices across invoices. Some were legitimate price rises — most looked like straightforward input errors: a price keyed in wrong, a discount not applied, the wrong product code.
Added up, it came to around £5,000 on that one account. When it was raised with the branch, nobody argued — this is just what happens when paperwork goes unchecked.
Anonymised, real invoices. We don't name suppliers.
How it works
Forward a folder of PDFs, or the email label you already use. No software to install.
Same product, same pack size, compared against itself across all your invoices. Anywhere the price moved, we flag it.
Exactly what changed, when, and what it cost you — ready to take back to your supplier.
FAQ
No. Most of what we find looks like simple admin or data-entry error, not deliberate overcharging. The point is that nobody's currently checking, so errors that would otherwise be corrected straight away just sit there.
No. Any trade business buying repeatedly from the same wholesaler or merchant account can use it — plumbing, building, heating, groundwork, the lot.
No. Invoices can be forwarded or uploaded directly. We don't need access to your inbox or your accounts.
Pricing isn't decided yet. We're in early access and testing this with a handful of businesses, so the sample check is free and we'll be straight with you about cost before anything else happens.
